Potato Day, Mold. 9am – 2pm, Daniel Owen Centre, Mold. Large number of seed potato varieties, vegetable seeds. rhubarb, soft fruit. garlic and onion sets will all be available. Garlic, onion and shallot sets, rhubarb and asparagus crowns, large selection of top and soft fruit, herb, vegetable and flower seed, organic composts and locally coppiced bean poles. Daffodil Walks, Whitegate, were run until Covid in aid of Macmillan Nurses, but circumstances no longer allow. You may be able to self-lead a walk. Website http://www.daffodilwalks.com , more up-to-date on Facebook. Daffs are picked and sold locally, including Weaverham Community Centre’s Spring Fayre, expected last/4th Saturday in March. |
